Domestic & international shipping

At Achik Clothing, every garment carries a story. Many of our styles are crafted on demand in small batches, using unique fabrics that reflect the richness of our culture. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on fabric and stock availability. Domestic orders within Guatemala are generally delivered within 3–5 business days, while international deliveries take 7–14 business days, with additional time if your item is being specially produced. Each order includes tracking so you can follow your piece from our workshop to your doorstep.

Returns & exchanges

At Achik Clothing, we take pride in creating garments that are unique, intentional, and crafted with care. Because many of our pieces are made in small batches or produced on demand, each one is special. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. For made-to-order items, returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis due to the uniqueness of the fabrics and production process.

Damaged or faulty goods

We stand by the quality and care that goes into every Achik Clothing piece. If you ever receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please reach out to us right away. We’ll gladly repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you. Because each piece is handcrafted in small batches, we treat these situations with special care to ensure you still receive something you’ll love.
